High Protein Ghost Pizza

It's spooky season, so with our first recipe we had to share something related to it.
How about a high protein, Greek yoghurt pizza? Want to make it spooky? Shape it into a ghost!
Ingredients:

1 cup of grated high protein cheese (we like Eat Lean Protein Cheese)
1 cup of self-raising flour
3/4 of a cup of low-fat Greek yoghurt
Salt to season
1/3 cup of pizza sauce
Toppings of your choice - want something with an even higher protein number, use chicken or tuna.
Method:
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees (fan) (220 degrees Celsius, gas mark 7).
To a bowl, add the Greek yoghurt, self raising flour and salt and combine until a dough starts to form.

Use your hands to form the dough into a ball shape and then transfer to a floured surface.

Use a rolling pin to flatten the dough until it is 1/4 inch thick.

Transfer carefully to a lined baking tray.

Add the pizza sauce leaving a little edge around the dough.

Sprinkle the cheese on top to leave an even coating to the pizza base.

Add all of your additional toppings to the pizza.

Place in the preheated oven and cook for 20 minutes.

After the 20 minutes, take the pizza out of the oven, cut into 3 servings and enjoy.
